RHAO was founded in May, 2025 as a registered organization driven by empathy to care for the health and well-being of people across all age groups, especially in underserved communities. Upholding honesty and accountability in delivering outreach services, handling donations, and promoting ethical conduct. Boldly addressing critical social issues like drug abuse, child abuse, and poor health literacy through education and awareness. Strengthening families, schools, and rural communities by providing access to medical care and health education resources

To promote community health and well-being by organizing medical outreach programs, advancing health literacy, raising awareness on drug abuse and child protection, and supporting government efforts in creating a safe and healthy environment for all, with special attention to vulnerable and rural populations.
